Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: retrofitting the pediatric surgery department with the operating room and other branches by the purchase of medical devices.
2. The order of the contract was described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ - the offer form, in Annexes 2.1 to 2.8. to SWZ - statementrequired qualitatively and technical parameters, and in Annex 5 to SWZ - the planned provisions of the contract.
3. The applicant allows partial offers. The subject of the contract was divided into parts (packages).All parts.
5. The order of the contract will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the contractor.
6. Conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were also included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
