- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and apparatus as well as personal protective equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment) for the needs of the Psychiatric Hospital SP ZOZ in WΔgorzewo.
2. The contracting authority divides the contract in such a way that it allows the submission of partial tenders, therefore it has divided them11 Lots:
Lot 1 - Patient Rehabilitation Equipment.
Part 2 Doctor's couch, telescopic screen, medicine cabinet.
Part 3 - Disinfection equipment.
Part 4 - Personal protective equipment.
Part 5 - EKG machine.
Part 6 - Twin Syringe Infusion Pump, Electric Suction, laa laryngoscope.
Part 7 - Defiblyrator
Part 8 - Sollux Lamp
Part 9 - Beds with bedside cabinets.
Part 10 - Macerator.
Part 11 - Equipment for remote patient service.
The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts of the order for which the Contractor may submit an offer. Detailed description of the order withfound in Appendix 1 - Tender Form (Part 1 - 11).
