- 1. The subject of the order is to equip the storage base of the civil defense and civil protection warehouse by purchasing the necessary civil defense equipment and a set of training phantoms and a training defibrillator.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with minimum technical parameters has been provided specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party stipulates that the entire product range being the subject of the order must have all certificates or other equivalent documents allowing their use.4. The item of delivery should be brand new, unused, and not displayed at exhibitions or events fairs, physically fit, free from legal and physical defects, safe, must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases. 5. The delivered goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during delivery. 6.
