Scope of delivery in Part I Personal equipment for firefighters and rescuers1) Special clothes - 74 sets2) Firefighter helmets - 63 pcs.3) Technical gloves - 78 pairs4) Firefighting gloves - 78 pairs5) Special shoes - 63 pairs6) Firefighter balaclavas - 63 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 7a to SWZ3. The warranty applies to part No. I. 1) For deliveries in part No. I, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide: a minimum 12-month quality warranty for the completed subject of the order. 2) The warranty period starts from the date of signing the final acceptance report, and in the event of any defects, from the date of the final acceptance report. confirming the removal of defects, and for the mentioned items and devices on the date of their replacement.3) The Contractor provides a warranty for the period indicated in the offer. 4) If the manufacturer's warranty for items, devices or equipment is shorter than that declared in the offer by the Contractor, the Contractor grants own warranty supplementing the warranty period declared by the Contractor in the offer. Granting a supplementary guarantee does not require issuing a document warranty.
