Description:
3.1. The subject of the contract is the service of reviewing and repairing equipment and installations during a parking stop at the thermal waste transformation plant in Krakow (hereinafter: ZTPO). The contractor will be obliged to perform all planned works on time and to providefull technical efficiency and meeting normative technical and technological parameters not lower than before the installation post, allowing efficient and safe conduct of processes taking place in ZTPO. Parts are provided by the contracting authority.
3.2. According to point 8.4 SWZ schedulethe work is Annex 5 to SWZ.
3.3. The contractor performing the subject of the contract in terms of part 1 is obliged to have appropriate permissions regarding the production, assembly, modernization and repair of pressure devices, subject to the Office of Technical Inspection.
3.4.The contractor in terms of parts 1, 2, 3 and 6 had an implemented certified quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 or equivalent in the scope of at least: repair services and modernization of electrical installations and networks, machines, pipeline equipment and construction confirmed by certificatean independent entity dealing with certifying the compliance by contractors of the standards regarding the quality assurance system, to the extent indicated in SWZ (at least ISO 9001: 2015 certificate or equivalent).Quickly
