Description:
The Employer orders the Contractor to perform a service consisting in technical reviews of equipment and medical equipment included in the ordering party and in its possession, and in particular activities consisting of:
• maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and possible replacement of elements usable in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations,
• checking the compliance of technical parameters with the documentation of medical apparatus,
• Preparation of appropriate technical judgments and admission protocol not suitable for further operation,
• Technical consulting for medical staff as part of reviews,
• checking mechanical safety,
• control of external defects, product safety,
• part consumption inspection,
• Checking electrical safety (installation devices),
• checking the functioning of the device and its readiness to work, including calibration, legalization,
• setting (regulation) of devices required by the manufacturer,
• keeping the appropriate documentation from the reviews made, including the preparation of the service report and making entries in the appropriate technical passport departments saying when the review was made with the date and place, indicating whether the equipment is functional and with the date of the expected date of the next review.
