Description:
3.1. The subject of the contract is the subject of the contract is a comprehensive service consisting of:
1) reviewing PRM service procedures in force in railway entities (the definition of railway entities is included in § 1 (1) point 8 of the PPU),
2) reviewing training procedures in the field of service PRM in force in railway entities,
3) analyzing descriptions of work positions related to direct passenger service in railway entities,
4) developing individual diagnostic reports separately for each railway entity and recommendations of procedural changes in the field of PRM service,
5) developing a collective report on the Polish passenger railway market in the scope of ensuring accessibility for PRMs and recommendations of procedural changes in the field of PRM service,
6) developing model, uniform PRM procedures,
7) cooperation with personnel of the Ordering Party during the implementation of the subject of the contract.
