PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. is interested in purchasing the service of Review/Audit of tax settlements: VAT, PIT, ZUS and real estate tax. Detailed guidelines in Annex 1. Project completion date, sending the final version of the report = 31/01/2026The first stage - the stage of submitting offers will last until November 4, 2025. We assume 2 rounds of the procedure. The second round - negotiation and final. The Commission establishes the following criteria of the procedure: - Price - Implementation deadline - Number of tax reviews for large taxpayers within the meaning of tax laws in the years 2024-2025 We do not allow partial offers. Failure to submit an offer by the company in round 1 automatically excludes the company from submitting an offer in round 2. Questions only via the Platform Purchasing, Questions/Information tab. In the case of Area 3 (additional guidelines in Annex 1), please enter the net price for point a) tax review + confirmation of the correctness of the declaration for 2025 as an offer in the purchasing platform. Price for point b) i.e. preparing a correction in the event of any irregularities, please enter it in the form when submitting the offer in the comments to the offer and attach this valuation to the offer file.
