Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in the revitalization and modernization of the existing Myna z Imielin water system, as part of the Heritage Treasury project, located on the premises of the Grnolski Ethnographic Park Museum in Chorzów, at ul. Parkowa 25, including filling the basin with water, performing tightness tests and preparing as-built geodetic documentation. All construction works are located in the area of plots no. 1202/99, 1193/92, registration area ID: 246301_1.0001 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order includes the Specification of Terms of Order (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), and the technical documentation included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which includes: a) a project for the revitalization and modernization of the existing water system of the Imielin mine, b) auxiliary bill of quantities for the works, c) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works, d) decision of the Director of the Polish Wads Catchment Board in Katowice No. CK.ZUZ.4210.402.2025.TL of July 15, 2025 (water permit), with the reservation that the auxiliary however, with the reservation that the auxiliary bill of quantities is only of auxiliary nature (according to the information above...
