Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Revitalization and thermal modernization of a multi-family building at ul. Lenej 32 in Libiu in the scope of: execution of internal central heating gas installation. and domestic hot water along with the necessary accompanying and finishing works. The task will be implemented in two stages: 1) in stage 1, the Contractor will perform the complete internal gas and central heating installation. and domestic hot water in the building along with the installation of gas boilers (which will allow gas to be connected to the building by Polska Spk Gazownictwa), conduct tightness tests of the installation and provide documents necessary to sign contracts for gas supplies. The Contractor will also perform the electrical installation, adjust the chimney flues and perform finishing and accompanying works.2) in the 2nd stage, after the Tenants have signed individual gas supply contracts, the Contractor:3. will start the boilers, warm up the installation and adjust the installation;4. dismantle and clean existing electric boilers and transfer hot water from the boiler to gas stoves, start gas stoves;5. will complete the finishing works that were impossible to complete in stage 1.2.
