Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the investment task is to complete the interrupted renovation and reconstruction of the former castle complex. The task includes, among others: renovation, conservation and installation works within the main building of the castle, construction of wooden external stairs and reconstructionin the two-story entrance annex, completing the conservation renovation of the defensive walls along with the reconstruction of the tower roof of the tower, completing the renovation of the entrance gate to the castle area, construction of a wooden recreational shed, strengthening the lake shore, making a paving surface of the courtyard, reconstructionpower connection, construction of external installations and accompanying infrastructure., The scope of works remaining to be performed within the main building includes, among others: reconstruction and conservation of the Gothic portal, construction of a wooden, ferruled grate on a chain with a lowering mechanism, reconstructionvaults over the basement, reconstruction of a brick chimney with a cap, installation of a passenger lift with a glass casing, construction of internal staircases with glass treads, conservation and reconstruction of the cap of two recessed fireplaces, reconstruction of a historic tiled stove, construction of an imitation of...
