Description:
1. 1. Task co-financed by the Polish Strategic Investment Program ad Promesa Government Monument Reconstruction Program No. RPOZ/2022/8582/PolskiLad.2. The subject of the task is to perform construction works in the design and build mode, i.e. design documentation and revitalization works. city park at ul. Parkowa in Guszyca.3. The scope of the task includes: a. demolition works; b. replacement of balustrade; c. works related to the construction of green areas, preparatory works, earthworks, planting herbs; d. execution of fascine encounters; e. works in the field of assembly of small architectural objects, f. construction of park lighting; g. construction of a water cascade, pond overflow and water fountain. The detailed scope of works to be carried out under the order is presented in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, functional and utility program together with attachments. NOTE! The valuation of the subject of the order INCLUDES THE COMPLETION OF STAGE I, the scope of which was specified in the bill of quantities.
