- 4.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task in the build formula by performing construction works related to the modernization of recreational areas in Chotyw. 4.2. The scope of the order includes the services indicated in the annexes to the SWZ, in particular the execution of construction works consisting of: construction of a playground, construction of a grass pitch with a turf track, construction of a multi-purpose sports field, construction of a pumptruck, installation of pickets, construction of a brine tunnel, construction of external lighting, installation of monitoring (according to the technical design of the electrical industry), hardening area, construction of a parking lot, installation of small architectural devices (baskets, benches), installation of outdoor gym equipment, construction of a fence and disassembly of part of the existing fence, development of the area with designed greenery, reconstruction of the Old School building.4.3. The scope of the contractor's services is specified in this SWZ, Architectural and construction design, land development design, technical design, STWiORB, building permit decisions and draft contract - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.
