Krtk Description of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works including the revitalization of the elevation of the building of the Poviat Starosty in Puck at ul. E. Orzeszkowa 5 (object) with options. , 2. As part of the order of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) the implementation of construction works consisting in reimbursement of the facade of the object including the necessary repairs of the façade damage, the execution of the worshiper thermal insulation, the implementation of new plaster-external plasters together with the coloring of the elevation lighting in LED technology, Exchange Vertical lightning protection installations, the exchange of drain pipes and external leaps of tinsmith, the implementation of Robt to include roofing repairs (hereinafter referred to as the basic order);, 2) the implementation of construction works consisting in the replacement of the window joinery of the object, (hereinafter referred to as the option). ., 3. A particular description and conditions and rules for the implementation of basic accounts and options are specified in the proposed provisions of the contracting agreements 8 to SWZ and in the description of the order (OPZ), the position No. 9 to the SWZ.
