Description:
The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the Branch of the Youth Cultural Center No. 2 in Opole in accordance with the annexes to the SWZ. The order includes, among others: demolition of the single-story annexes, reconstruction of the eastern single-story structure of the back of the facility, including the construction of some parts new walls, new ceilings, reconstruction of the main entrance and emergency exit zones, construction of new shop windows, replacement of some of the existing windows, construction of: roofing of the main entrance, comprehensive insulation of the facility with a new façade, aura cladding on part of the walls, screens facades, new entrance area, internal lift (elevator for the disabled), new sanitary units, new facilities for the dance and theater hall, cloakroom and facilities for the hall of the main hall, separation of an enclosed, smoke-ventilated staircase with new flights staircases, liquidation of a non-standard staircase, acoustic adaptation of the dance and theater hall and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
