A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Rewallation of the historic fence of a special school and educational center for blind children. Sons of the Regiment in Owińska, Square Przemysław 9 - Stage II.2. The contracting authority requires the contractor: 1) provided the construction manager holding the rights without restrictions on managing construction works in construction and construction or architectural specialties and qualifications referred to in art. 37c of the Act on the protection of monuments and care on monuments, 2) granted a minimum of 60 months warranty for the subject of the contract, 3) offered a manufacturer's guarantor for applied materials, 4) guaranteed that works will be carried out as little as possible for users of the center and neighboring real estate users, 5) completed the order in accordance with modern technical knowledge, applicable provisions, and in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 - construction law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333, as amended), applicable technical standards, standards , principles of construction art, professional ethics and the provisions of the contract.
