The subject of the contract is the performance of conservation works and construction works covered by the task entitled Rewalorization of the entrance terrace together with the conservation works of the southern wall at building No. 3 Hotel Książ.

Rewalorization of the entrance terrace together with the conservation works of the southern wall at building No. 3 Hotel Książ. The subject of the contract includes the following tasks:
Task No. 1: Rewalorization of the input terrace together with the conservation works of the southern wall including:
a) Podglaw No. 1.1
Conservation works of the stone wall closing the southern side of the castle terraces in accordance with the conservation work program prepared by Natalia Balasa.
b) Podglaw No. 1.2
Demolition/removal of elements:
- square from stone slabs in front of the restaurant terrace (plates should be handed over to the investor),
- a concrete slab square in front of the restaurant terrace (plates should be utilized),
- wooden restaurant terrace cladding with a substitute,
- stairs to the restaurant terrace,
- restaurant terrace,
- a ramp for a hotel terrace,
- hotel terrace,
- granite and concrete rollers (granite edges should be handed over to the investor, concrete should be utilized),
- trees, shrubs and other vegetation - according to the design design plant ...
