Description:
Subject of the inquiry: Safety valve 1 MPa type H1501a for SA103 and SA134 vehicles - 10 pieces. Required acceptance certificate 3.1. and delivery time up to 2 business days. Provisions: 1. Transport of the order at the Contractor's expense and risk (address: ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin).2. The Contractor declares that the delivered goods are brand new and free from defects.3. The Supplier declares that the delivered materials meet the technical requirements, in particular: they meet all the features specified in the inquiry.4. The creditor does not may transfer the receivables of the order to a third party without the written consent of the ordering party.5. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the item with the invoice. If the invoice is delivered after the delivery date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date delivering the invoice to the debtor, and if the invoice is delivered before delivery of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date of delivery of the subject of the order.
