On behalf of the Ordering Party, I invite contractors who have been involved in the subject of the contract, who have knowledge and experience of dosing price information in the scope of the implementation of this order. 1. The contracting authority reserves the right to: 1) the end or annulment(RFI) Without giving a reason, 2) the possibility of changing the description and the conditions of implementation before the expiry of the deadline for submitting price information, 3) conducting price negotiations in formation or in writing by electronic means - depending on the selection. 2. This advertisement is notOffers within the meaning of the course of the Civil Code and is explicit, excluding price information from contractors, which the Employer will use to estimate the order of the order.
