Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 8 pieces of brand new, original, ELM 2003 electromagnet generators for 218Md vehicles of the SA134-019 and SA134-027 series. Transport at the expense and risk of the Supplier (ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin) within 3 days from the date of placing the order. Payment method: bank transfer 30 days from the date receipt of the delivery item together with the invoice.1. all features specified in the inquiry, b) are brand new.2. achievements choice and without giving a reason and invalidation of the proceedings; b/ the possibility of changing the conditions of the proceedings before the deadline for submitting offers; c/ after completing the inquiry, the possibility of starting the second stage in the form of a discount auction. d/ the possibility of freely choosing the offer.3. from the Bidders will be treated as confidential and will not be made publicly available in any way.4. contractual penalty for: a) delay in the execution of the subject of delivery in the amount of 2% of the Supplier's remuneration for each day of delay, b) withdrawal by the Supplier from the contract z reasons for which the Ordering Party is not liable in the amount of 5% of the Contractor's remuneration. c) withdrawal by the Ordering Party from the contract for reasons for which the Supplier is liable in the amount of 5% of the Contractor's remuneration5. warranty.1)Warranty period...
