Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 8 pieces of brand new, original Eda-3100 24VDC MER-12801/1 generators with housing and pinout diagram for 218Md SA134 Series vehicles. Transport at the Supplier's expense and risk (ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin) within 3 days from the date of placing the order. Payment method: bank transfer 30 days from the date of receipt of the delivery item together with the invoice.1. The Supplier declares that the delivered materials meet the technical requirements, and in particular: a) meet all the features specified in inquiry,b) are brand new.2. The Ordering Party reserves the following: a/ the right to end the proceedings without making a choice and without giving a reason and to invalidate the proceedings; b/ the possibility of changing the conditions of the proceedings before the expiry deadline for submitting offers; c/ after completing the inquiry, the possibility of starting the second stage in the form of a discount auction. d/ the possibility of freely choosing the offer.3. All information provided by Bidders will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed in any way publicly.4.
