POLREGIO S.A. invites contractors with knowledge and experience regarding the order to submit a preliminary offer to perform the service of cleaning railway vehicles at the cleaning point in Ostrow Wlkp.2. The Objective reserves the right: 1) the ending or annulment of this Query without giving a reason; 2) conducting price negotiations in the form of auction, electronically or by phone - depending on the selection of the Employer. The contracting authority does not exclude negotiations with only one contractor. 3) termination or annulment of this inquiry No reason. 3.
