- βPOLREGIO S.A., Opolski ZakΕad in Opole invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit an offer for the supply of gear grease: - LOCOLUB TMGG 516 - sachets weighing 0.454 kg. - 336 sachets Subject requirements: 1. validity period of the offer: 30 days calendar;2. transport of goods at the contractor's expense and risk (delivery address: Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Εukow; ul. Kolejowa 22, 21-400 Εukow);3. payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery; If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and if the invoice is delivered before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order execution; the contractor declares that the delivered product is brand new and free from defects;5. the expiry date of the delivered product must be at at least 12 months from the date of delivery of the order by the contractor. The submission of partial and variant offers is not allowed. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure at any stage (without selection of offers) without giving a reason.
