- Ladies and Gentlemen, In order to verify standards and make prices more realistic in line with the current market offer, the Ordering Party invites Contractors with knowledge and experience and dealing with a professionally defined scope to submit price information. § 1. Subject matter of the procedure1. Ordering party is considering ordering an inspection service from the P4 level of the PSM-80-07 static converter mounted on the EP07P-2001.2 locomotive. The following activities will be performed as part of the P4 inspection: - checking the fastening of the wires in the terminals, - checking the electrical connections, - checking the condition and parameters of multi-plug connectors, - checking contactors and relays, cleaning contactor contacts, - cleaning radiators, - replacing internal fans, - checking insulation condition, - checking capacitor parameters, - checking resistor parameters, - checking parameters motherboard, - replacement of damaged and non-performance components.3. After completing the work, the Contractor will start the converter and test the operation of the systems.4. After the inspection is completed, an inspection report will be issued.5. RequiredCertificate 3.1 - document issued by the Contractor, in which he confirms that the product complies with the requirements of the Ordering Party. § 2. Documents related to the subject of the order 1. Documentation of the EP07 electric locomotive Maintenance System No. DSU-EP07 0130-1, regarding repair sheets for the converter static.2.Attached...
