Dear Sirs, The purpose of this "Request for Information" is to obtain information on data monitoring and reporting tools required by EUDR for the needs of PWPW S.A. A detailed description of the RFI subject is specified in the documents available in the "Appendices" tab: NO-230-492/25/MMT - RFI regarding tools for monitoring and reporting data required by EUDRAnnex No. 1 to the RFI - Response formAnnex No. 2 to the RFI - Survey for processors Responses to the request for information should be submitted in electronic form via the eB2B purchasing platform via the "Attachments" tab by November 12, 2025 at 12:00. The deadline for asking questions is November 3, 2025 at 12:00, which should be submitted via the "Questions/Information" tab. The Ordering Party informs that November 10, 2025 is a non-working day at PWPW S.A. All answers to questions asked during the RFI questions will be published in the "Questions/Information" tab.
