- POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of petroleum products. Details in the attachment: price form (petroleum products) Please include in the offer: • net unit prices • availability of individual items, • order completion date, The offer does not have to include all items - we allow the possibility of submitting a partial offer for selected products from the list. Information provided by The Contractor's offer does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, it is provided to the Ordering Party in order to estimate the value of the order. Please be advised that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in relation to the actions of Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor selected to perform the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the folder Attachments. The Ordering Party reserves the following: - the right to cancel the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the ongoing Request for price information...
