Description:
1. On behalf of the Ordering Party, I invite Contractors who deal professionally with the subject of the order and have knowledge and experience to submit price information regarding the implementation of this order. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: 1) terminate or invalidate this inquiry (RFI) without giving a reason, 2) the possibility of changing the description and conditions of the order before the deadline for submitting price information, 3) conducting price negotiations in the form of an auction, by telephone or in writing by e-mail - depending on the Ordering Party's choice. 3. This the announcement does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and is public, with the exception of price information obtained from Contractors, which the Ordering Party will use to estimate the value of the order. This means that the Ordering Party will not provide information on the valuation made by the other participants. 4. Submitting a quote is tantamount to accepting all the conditions of the procedure and order execution. 5. The contractor submitting the quote is obliged to submit: 1) the documents referred to in point 1.4 of the inquiry (RFI), 2) the attached declaration of counteracting supporting aggression against Ukraine.6. The "Organizer's Attachments" tab contains: 1) (RFI) - Request for information. 2) Valuation form. 3) Statement - sanctions act. 4) GDPR clause.
