Description:
Subject of the inquiry: Original ZF direction selector with cable for SA103 and SA134 series vehicles (complete) - 2 pieces. Provisions: 1. Transport of the order at the Contractor's expense and risk (address: ul. Gazowa 6; 20-406 Lublin).2. The Contractor declares that the delivered goods are brand new and free from defects.3. The Supplier declares that the delivered materials meet the technical requirements, in particular: they meet all the features specified in the inquiry.4. The creditor may not do so without the written consent of the ordering party transfer the order receivables to a third party.5. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the item with the invoice. If the invoice is delivered after the delivery date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the debtor, and in If an invoice is provided before delivery of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date of delivery of the subject of the order.
