- Dear Bidders, UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for an Institutional contract for RFP-2025-9199578 Protection of migrants in the context of immigration detention. SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESSThe deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 23rd September 2025 - 17:00 Hours Poland Time. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number RFP-2025-9199578 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 23rd September 2025, - 17:00 Hours Poland Time. Bids should NOT be sent to the Procurement Officer/Procurement Specialist who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.
