Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of the Medicover Group, I invite you to participate in the tender procedure (request for quotation) regarding patient hygiene. The most important assumptions of the procedure The payment deadline for invoices will be at least 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Medicover and Companies with The groups do not agree to prepayments. We expect full logistics service from the supplier: deliveries to all points belonging to the Medicover Group during the duration of the contract. The preferred minimum logistics level is a maximum of PLN 200 net + delivery cost estimate for smaller orders. Framework agreement is signed for an indefinite period, and the price list from the tender is for 24 months, with the possibility of extension/termination. The given volume is estimated - Medicover does not undertake to purchase it in full. The offeror guarantees the availability of products and prices throughout the entire contract period. Signing the contract is necessary condition. Please find attached a package of tender documents. Please read the attachments and submit your offer by November 6, 2025. until 11 p.m. Deadline for submitting questions regarding the procedure via the eB2B platform until October 30, 2025 until 1 p.m.
