The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task titled: Lighting roads in the Chrzanw commune, including the expansion of street lighting - Part No. 1 - Expansion of street lighting - ul. Topolowa in Chrzanow.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Preparatory works. 2) Construction of a section of a street lighting line (power grid up to 1kV).3) Temporary traffic organization for the duration of construction.4) Providing surveying services.5) Preparation of an as-built geodetic map.6) As-built documentation - complete and signed by the construction manager and approved by the Investor Supervision Inspector.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the application documentation (construction design, development design, technical design) and STWiORB, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.
