- The subject of the order is the maintenance of roads in the winter period 2025/2026 in the Gnojnik Commune - Obrb Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa, Lewniowa (snowing + spreading). A detailed list of roads is included in Annex No. 8 to SWZ. Estimated number of km to be covered is 1,133.97 km, estimated number of km to be covered with sand-sl: 1,068.67 km, estimated km until sprinkling with sand or other roughening material: 86.21 km The predicted amounts of km for snow removal and road sprinkling specified by the Ordering Party are estimates and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to order the service in the given amount of the basic order. Contractors there will be no claims for compensation for increasing or reducing the amount of watering and road sprinkling.
