A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the service consisting in removing gums from the airport concrete surface and a horizontal labeling of the runway and the route of taxation of Poznań airport - chairs according to A detailed description of the subject of the order contained in Annex 5 to the ToR. According to art. 95 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of a contract for the employment contract, so-called Physical work if this activity consists in performing work in a manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labor Code. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of organizing a local vision for potential, stakeholders. Making a local vision at the place of performance of the contract is not required but indicated for reliable preparation of the offer.
