Subject of the order: 1. The Ordering Party commissions and the Contractor undertakes the operation and maintenance of the amphitheater along with social facilities, technical infrastructure and land development at ul. Jaszczurcza Gra in Mrgowo, hereinafter referred to as the facility.2. Amphitheater with social facilities, accompanied by technical infrastructure and land development, located at ul. Jaszczurcza Gra 10 in Mrgowo.3. A detailed list of rooms in the amphitheater buildings, devices, elements of small architecture and equipment is attached as Annex No. 1 to the draft contract.4. Destiny amphitheater:1) The amphitheater is a public utility facility of a cultural nature.2) The facility is a building enabling the professional organization of cultural, artistic and entertainment events. 3) The facility is fully adapted to organize large mass events. 4) There is an amphitheater an important element of the Festivalowe Mrgowo brand. And the individual events organized at the facility are brand products. The Festival Office established by Order No. 12/2022 of the Mayor of Mrgowo of February 25 is responsible for the development of the Mrgowo Festival brand. 2...
