Description:
1. The subject of the order are services consisting in the ongoing maintenance of a rainwater pumping station in the Krakow Municipality.
2. A detailed list of pumping stations, the scope of services, the method of order execution and the contractor's obligations are specified in the following documents:
- Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e. Description of the Subject Orders (abbreviated: OPZ) with attachments
and
- Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, i.e. Draft Provisions of the Agreement (in short: PPU) together with annexes.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
4. The Ordering Party does not intend to convene a meeting of Contractors.
5. The Ordering Party does not provide for a vision local.
