Description:
Running a tenant's emergency service, maintenance, securing and removing failures of sanitary installations as well as inspections, commissioning and closing of heating substations in buildings and residential and commercial premises owned by the Municipality of Gdańsk.
1. The subject of the contract is a) running ptenants' emergency service in the field of sanitary works covering installations: water and sewage, central heating and hot water installations and gas installations, b) maintenance, protection and removal of failures, in the scope of sanitary works covering water and sewage installationsjne, c) maintenance, protection and removal of failures, in the field of sanitary works including central heating and hot water installations; d) inspections, commissioning and closing of central heating nodes and hot water and central heating installations and hot water, located in the Administrative Areas1, 2, 3 and 4: - residential and utility buildings owned by the municipality of Gdańsk, including common parts of residential buildings (staircases, basement corridors, attics, trolley rooms, drying rooms, laundries and shelter rooms), - detached utility buildings with inclinstallation of garages, utility cells, w.c. free-standing, - residential and commercial premises owned by the municipality of Gdańsk, located in buildings of housing associations. - on the networks operated by the Employer in terms of manhole protection. 2.
