- 1. The subject of the order is to run a shelter for homeless animals (dogs and cats) in Tczew at ul. Malinowska in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party will lend the Contractor free of charge, for the duration of the conclusion of the contract, a shelter facility for homeless animals with an area of 8,858 m2, located in Tczew at Malinowska Street, part of plot no. 1/4 of precinct 2, area: 8,782 m2 and on plot no. 1/3, area 2, area 76 m2, owned by him. The facility will be loaned on the basis of a separate loan agreement. Attachment No. 8e to OPZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the attachment No. 8 to SWZ.
