Determination of the subject and scope of the order: 3.1 The subject of the order is the service of operating points for selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) in the City and the Spa Commune of Muszyna. 3.2 Scope of services: 1) Running two stationary points for selective collection of municipal waste in the area of the City and the Spa Commune of Muszyna, including at least one in the city of Muszyna, 2) Acceptance of municipal waste specified in the table below from the inhabitants of the City and the Spa Commune of Muszyna at the points referred to in point 1, its transport and management by transfer the entity authorized to manage them or in any other way in accordance with the currently applicable legal provisions, in accordance with the conditions specified in this SWZ: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BEAR THE COSTS OF MANAGEMENT OF WASTE SPECIFIED IN THE TABLE INDICATED IN THE SWZ; 3) keeping records of quantity and type of waste transferred to authorized entities; 4) mandatory documentation, including reporting; 5) constant contact with the Ordering Party, including mutual exchange of correspondence and responding within the deadline set by the Ordering Party to inquiries submitted for...
