- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) developing two separate multi-branch documentation of design and coster thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction along with the implementation of construction equipment and land development for building facilities housing in Gdańsk at:
Rybitwy 1, Journal of Laws No. 198/2, precinct No. 059,
Less than 5, Journal of Laws No. 246, precinct No. 059;
b) obtaining administrative decisions for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the start of construction works by Ordering Party;
c) execution of one -off investor cost estimates;
d) exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
-confirming in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-suvision of the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to
to those provided in project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
