- 1.The subject of the order is:
a) development of two separate multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernization (including thermal insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction, together with the preparation of designs for construction equipment and land development for buildings containing located in Gdańsk at:
Rybitwy 1, plot no. 198/2, precinct no. 059,
Niecała 5, plot no. 246, precinct no. 059;
b) obtaining administrative decisions for carrying out construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the commencement of construction works by the Ordering Party;
c) making a one-time update of investor cost estimates;
d)exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
- confirming compliance of the implementation with the project in the course of construction works,
- agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions in the relationship
to those provided for in project and reported by the construction manager or investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
