- The subject of the fall is the implementation of the project entitled Rybnik towards the Green Future - construction of the Local Activity Center in the Rybnicka Kunia district implemented in the design and build formula, which will be co -financed under the European Funds program for LSKI 2021-2027 (Fund forFair transformation). In the rank of reasons, the contractor is obliged to familiar and take into account the guidelines contained in this program https://funduszeue.slaskie.pl/realizaniąprojekt/ The subject of the plant includes, among others, the development of project documentation divided into two stages of implementation,i.e.) development of project documentation of the stitching of the existing facility together with the final permission to the surge, b) developing design documentation for the construction of the object in modesty, container technology together with infrastructures of companions and equipment and equipment and development of the area in the surroundings of buildingswith obtaining a final building permit, 2) construction of construction robes on the basis of prepared documentation (and on the basis of the final permission to surge and structures) together with obtaining the final permit forurging.
