- 1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of the Rzepiński Sports Center - stage II - plot no. 7, 8/58, 8/59, ul. Połnocna, 69-110 Rzepin.
2.The scope of the order includes in particular:
1) cutting down trees and bushes,
2) construction of roads and parking lots (PARKING 1, 2 and 3), including road construction fire protection and construction of sidewalks with lighting - taking into account exclusions,
3) construction of field stairs,
4) construction of retaining walls,
5) construction of a football pitch with a synthetic grass surface (training football pitch), along with lighting and equipment (football goals, cabin for reserve players),
6) construction of stands for 300 people at the training pitch,
7) construction of roller tracks with lighting,
8) making ball catchers,
9) construction of a shelter for tight waste tanks,
10) construction of a retention tank,
11) construction of fencing of the area,
12) network implementation sewage and water supply, including exclusions,
13) construction of the power and telecommunications networks, including exclusions.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ
it consists of the following documents:
1) Architectural and construction design with a technical description and land development as well as a drawing part,
2) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR),
3) Bills of quantities,
