Description:
The subject of the contract is the development of complete project and cost documentation together with obtaining a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment issued by the authority of the first instance (meeting all requirements arising from the Polish law in force on the day of initiationtender in the field of form and the required procedure set out in the "Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads"), and the relevant regulations.
The task consists of the following stages:
stage I: - development of the concept
stageII - Development of project -cost documentation
in the project, among others Design a path for pedestrians and bicycles with a length of about 2,870 m on a section from an existing pedestrian crossing in the Sindbad Port Opole area to the access road
to the Zagłoba restaurant located on plot No.2485 Grudzice precinct.
