The subject of the contract intended for implementation in the" Design and Build "system consists of, among others:
β’ Stage and implementation of the design documentation for the construction of the road for pedestrians and bicycles, i.e. construction project andnavigation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities and other materials that will be the basis for the implementation of construction works and obtaining approval of project documentation by way of building permission or notification of works enabling the implementation of works, ZWAhereinafter referred to as "project documentation".
β’ Stage II. Execution of construction and assembly works as part of the construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles along with author's supervision in accordance with approved project documentation.
