- The subject of the order intended for implementation in the "Design and Build" system consists of, among others:
• Stage and implementation of the design documentation for the construction of a bus loop, i.e. a construction and executive project, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities and othersmaterials that will be the basis for the implementation of construction works and obtaining approval of project documentation by way of a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment, hereinafter referred to as the "project documentation";
• Stage II performance of construction and assembly works as part of the construction of the loopBuddy at ul. Eastern in Opole together with author's supervision in accordance with the approved project documentation;
• Stage III. Execution and assembly of 1 pcs of an information board with dimensions of 120x60 cm. 257 of the Public Procurement LawIf the public funds that the Employer intended to spend to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to him.Opolska ".
