- Sale of 111 pieces of poplar trees "on the stump", growing on the plot marked No. 2184/21 located in Przytoczno, Jeziorzany commune, Lubartow poviat, province. Lubelskie - subject to felling at the Buyer's expense.
1. Subject of the proceedings. 1. The Seller sells and the Buyer buys poplar wood "trunk" in an estimated quantity of 179.60 m3 (one hundred and seventy-nine cubic meters, 60/100). 2. The poplar wood was classified by the sorter into the WC0 assortment, dimensional class 3. 3. The price of the subject timber on the stump, estimated by the sorter, is PLN 75,865.94 gross, in words: seventy five thousand eight hundred sixty five zlotys, 94/100. The price of wood was estimated after deducting the costs of acquisition. 4. Poplar wood comes from 111 trees of the Poplar species, with trunk circumferences from 200 to 350 cm (measured at a height of 130 cm) growing on the plot marked No. 2184/21, located within Przytoczno, Jeziorzany commune, Lubartow poviat, Lublin Voivodeship.5. The Buyer will pay the Seller the value of the wood specified in the offer before starting work related to harvesting the wood.6. The Buyer will cut down the trees covered by the proceedings at his own expense and risk. 7. Basis legal clearance: Decision of the Mayor of Jeziorzany Commune, reference number: RL.6131.12.2024 and RL.6131.13.2024.8. The Buyer undertakes to: 1) Cut down the trees, 2) Produce wood, remove and dispose of the branches and remaining organic matter of the cut trees, 3) Transport the harvested wood and manage it on your own,4) Leaving the stumps after cutting down the trees at a height no higher than 10 cm from the ground level5) Tidying up the area after the work has been completed.
