Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery by the Contractor (to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, Pabianice, ul. Kiliskiego 57/59) using its own transport of brand new coffins for burial. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the specification of the terms of the order. Comments: a) If in the description the subject of the order contains any trademarks, patents or origins, it should be assumed that the Ordering Party, due to the specificity of the subject of the order, has provided such a description with an indication of the type and allows the submission of equivalent offers, with technical and operational parameters not worse than those given in the description subject of the order. b) If an offer is submitted containing the use of equivalent solutions, proving their functional and usable equivalence with the systems indicated by the Ordering Party is the responsibility of the Contractor. 2. Deadline for order completion: until the contract is signed, December 31, 2026. 3. CPV code: 39.29.61.00-4 coffins.4.
