Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of brand new, unused computer equipment for organizational units of the University of Rzeszów. The order was divided into 6 parts (6 tasks): Task No. 1: Sales and delivery of the device multifunctional for the Rector's Office. Task No. 2: Sales and delivery of portable computers and a multifunction device for the Faculty of Economics and Finance. Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of a stationary computer set for the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law and Administration. Task No. 4: Sales and delivery of a multifunction device for the Technical Department. Task No. 5: Sale and delivery of a laptop computer for the Faculty of Economics and Finance. Task No. 6: Sale and delivery of an interactive monitor for Dean's Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences. 2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 PPL The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order have not been provided to it. granted. 5.
