- Description:
- The subject of the order is successive deliveries of dairy products - mass, vegetable margarine, various types of cheese, as well as milk and milk products for the needs of feeding people undergoing treatment at the 20th Military Hospital. The subject of the contract delivered by the Contractor should be appropriately marked in Polish, visible, legible and with the expiry date. For each delivery, the contractor is obliged to attach a warehouse document (delivery note or WZ document) containing at least details of the products, their quantities and net unit prices. Requirements and parameters regarding the item the orders were specified in the document entitled A detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting an annex to the SWZ.
