Sale and delivery of a kit for research and analysis of aging using chromatographic methods for the implementation of the project "Cytisine in the development path of a new medicinal product with prolonged release in therapy....
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a kit for research and analysis of aging methods chromatographic tests for the implementation of the project "Cytisine in the development path of a new prolonged-release medicinal product in the treatment of nicotine addiction"
2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ.
3. Order co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the order is being implemented
"Cytisine in the development path of a new prolonged-release medicinal product in the treatment of nicotine addiction."
4. Subject of the order it was not divided into parts. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. failure to divide the order into parts included in the SWZ.
5. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
6. Pursuant to Art. 257 PPL Ordering party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it.
7. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit.
8. The Ordering Party does not require any security proper performance of the contract.
